Welcome to the Tropical Paradise! Restore the beach, clear out Marine Debris and discover Tropical Animals!
Main Goal
Merge Tropical Animals to gain points and rewards, including the majestic Kingfisher! You can find more Tropical Animals by playing Match 3 puzzles, restoring the beach and tapping the Marine Debris to clear it out.
Unlocking New Beach Areas
There are two ways to unlock new areas of the Tropical Paradise - by completing special Event Paradise Puzzles and by providing the requested item that is shown over the locked area.
To play a Paradise Puzzle level, simply tap the play button in the bottom right corner of the Event screen:
or tap the Puzzle play icon over the locked area:
Remember, standard puzzles accessed from the Home Garden won't count towards the Event progress!
When a locked area requires an item to unlock it, you will see an icon over the area showing an image of the item that's required as well as how many of that item is needed. If you already have the item, there will be a green button that you can tap that will give that item:
You won't be able to see all the item locked areas from the start of the Event so try keeping and merging all the items you discover and receive during the Event.
Once uncovered, the new area needs to be healed. This can be done by tapping Nectar (which can be harvested from Wild Flowers and merged), tapping Tropical Animals once ready and by merging the items found on the edge of the shadow area like this:
Tropical Animals and Marine Debris
Tropical Animals may be the most important item chain of this Event - you need to merge them to gain Event points! Remember to always aim to merge 5 of them for the best result. You can find more Animals in Event Puzzle Level rewards, uncover them in the Beach garden or find some stuck within Marine Debris. Tap the Debris to release them and other useful items!
Tropical Animals have one additional useful feature. If you see sparkling butterflies circling around one of them, it means it's ready to be tapped to release healing power to help you out in healing all the uncovered land. The higher stage of the Animal, the more healing power they will send out!
Other points to note:
- Wildlife Helpers that you have in the Tropical Paradise will not come over to your Home Garden. However, the creatures that you are rewarded with will be added to the Home Garden.
- If you gain boosters or gems in the Tropical Paradise, they will be added to your Home Garden totals.
- The Event specific items - for example the Old Anchor - are not available in the Home Garden.
- If you're looking for Extra Rewards, check out the Event Ticket or Garden Quest tasks! These are not required to complete the main Event task. Garden Quests can help you out reaching your Event point goals, but completing all of them can be very challenging or may require acquiring additional items in the Event Garden's shop.
- Check out the in-game offers during the Event - these will give you a boost! Please note though that some items included in the offer may appear in your Home Garden instead of the Event Garden - pay attention to the offer pop-up, each item's destination is displayed there.
- If you're running out of time and you want to boost your Event progress, you can check out the Shop in the Event Garden. It includes various items that can be helpful while completing the Event; you can purchase them in exchange for gems.
