We have 3 main methods for saving your progress and/or synchronizing your game across multiple devices:
- Plarium ID
- Facebook account
- Apple ID
Connecting to either a Plarium ID or a Facebook account can be done on any platform to save and synchronize your game progress.
Apple ID connections are only available on iOS devices so if you'd like to play on both an iOS device and a device on another platform, you will need to use a Plarium ID or Facebook connection instead.
If you don't have a Plarium ID yet, you can easily create one with just an email address by tapping the Connect button and then Create Account:
To access these connection options in the game, just tap on the Settings icon in the top-right corner of your game. From the following Settings menu, you can then tap on Cloud Save to access the 3 saving options:
If it is not possible for you to use any of these 3 connection methods and you are concerned about progress loss, we recommend writing down or taking a screenshot of your Game ID which we can then use to restore your lost progress. You can find the Game ID in the game's Settings > Support, at the bottom of the screen.
