If you intend to play on both a mobile device such as a cell phone/tablet and your computer through Plarium Play or the Microsoft Store, you will first need to connect your game on your mobile device to a Plarium ID.
IMPORTANT: When connecting to your Plarium ID for the first time, you must connect first in the game on your mobile device. If you connect first in Plarium Play or Microsoft Store on your computer, you will not be able to synchronize your game progress on your own and you will need to contact our support team to resolve this for you.
To connect to your Plarium ID, go to your in-game Menu > Settings > Cloud Save:
From the next view, select the first option in the list:
After that, you will be able to either sign in with your email if you have an existing Plarium ID account, or you can create a new account. To do so, tap Create account:
Once you've connected to your Plarium ID on your mobile device, you can then connect to the same Plarium ID in the game on your computer through Plarium Play or the Microsoft Store.

If you've accidentally connected to your Plarium ID first in the game on your computer, you can contact our support team to get this sorted for you either through your in-game Menu > Settings > Support or at mergegardens@futureplaygames.com. When contacting support, please provide the Game IDs from both the game on your computer and the game on your mobile device. You can find the Game ID in the game's Menu > Settings > Support, at the bottom of the screen.
