Understanding Ads

We wanted to address some of the issues a small numbers of players have reported regarding offensive or inappropriate ads they've noticed while playing our game.

All of the in-game ads our players watch are played through a selection of 3rd party ad networks (such as Google, Facebook, Unity etc). We filter out the majority of these ads, however it is almost impossible for us to catch all of them.

How to reach the settings you may ask. During the ad time, you should generally see a similar icon tho this:  

Tapping on it should open the settings icon, or the ad options, which would look similar to this (this is an example of an ad provider, it may look different for other providers)

Tapping on the ad settings, would prompt you to block or report inappropriate or offensive ads. As an example, we will leave below an example from some of the biggest ad networks.

As the arrows indicate, if you encounter an inappropriate or offensive ad, you can report it directly to the ad provider.

If you cannot report the ad directly to the ad provider, please send us an email at [e-mail] (and make sure to reply to the first automated message) with as much information as possible and screenshots and we will follow up on your report.
