If you have an issue with a purchase that’s not been added correctly and can’t wait for us to help, then it’s possible to obtain a refund by following the instructions below:

Progress loss
If your progress is lost and you were previously connected to a Facebook, Apple ID or Plarium ID in the game, then reconnecting should restore your progress. If you can't restore your progress that way then we will help as soon as we can.
